I’m not sure when I was last aware of what I was rebalancing, but I do know that I was rebalancing my eating to start with and that I’ve become aware that my eating has become unhealthy. My habits were not as healthy when I was younger, and I’ve become aware of the unhealthy habits I had in the past, and made an effort to modify them. And what I’ve found is that it’s not an all or nothing thing.
In my experience, I can tell you that when I ate unhealthy foods (usually in the form of junk food and then processed food) that I would have felt miserable; I would have had a hard time going about my day. Now that Ive changed my habits, I feel good about my eating. The way I feel about my eating has changed, I don’t feel miserable, I feel healthy, and I have a great relationship with food.
