Hello Melissa! I am here today at the beginning of a new year and I am feeling a lot like you. I have the same question that you have asked you. I have been feeling so overwhelmed and overwhelmed with all of the things I want to do and the things I want to achieve, but I’ve been so busy. I feel like I have to do everything myself and I can’t seem to find the time.
Melissa you are not alone. Many of us have been facing the same struggle.
I have heard many people say that they have a million things they want to do and yet they just dont have the time. This is exactly what the majority of us have to deal with. We don’t have time for ourselves and we don’t have the energy to do what we want to do.
Melisa, that sounds like someone I know. You are not alone. Many of us have been there.
The thing that makes this struggle so incredibly frustrating is that there’s no right answer. Yes, it’s frustrating to not have time for yourself, but it’s way more frustrating to have to do everything yourself. The best way to avoid this dilemma is to get organized in your life. Set goals for yourself, and then make a list of everything you want to accomplish in your life. Then take this list and build out your list of every single thing that you want to accomplish.
It’s hard to do this, but it can be really helpful to keep lists of every single thing you want to accomplish. I use a notebook and a timer that I keep on my phone. Its a list that I’ve kept for a very long time. I just put it in the background and look at it when I need to. This is a list of every single thing I want to accomplish in my life.
I can’t be the only one who sees this. I am pretty sure I have a list that I keep on my phone too. I have a to-do list on my phone and I actually don’t even know where I started it. It just sits there and I do nothing but check it a lot.

I don’t remember anything about this lady that I didn’t already know. And you don’t need to. The only thing you need to know is that she’s a bestselling author, so if you read her stuff you’ll know. She’s also one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen in my life.
