But if you don’t have a good job or a great company, don’t work for “your boss” or “your boss’s brother.” Because you always have to choose your work style.
In today’s fast-changing tech world, it can be hard to find a job that suits you. So many companies are hiring people that you would not have hired if you had the money. If youre going to do it, you need to be willing to take risks and ask for more responsibility than your current job requires. Don’t wait to be asked to work on something you dont want to do.
I have a few friends who are career-minded, creative, and take great pride in their work. But because they haven’t found work yet, they are stuck in their current work, and that can be incredibly frustrating. So I always advise them to take a job where they feel comfortable, and then start going to the places they enjoy.

Now, lets say that you make a mistake with a product that you dont feel comfortable with, and you go to the other team that you trust. Now they tell you to do a different product. They don’t work with you, they just fix your mistake. You keep doing the same mistake.
If you are in the middle of a project, team, or team of people, you shouldnt blame anyone for anything. Most likely, the source of a mistake is the team. If you are a project leader, you are responsible for the overall health and health of your team, and you need to be honest with your team.
A good team may be a better team than a poor one, but don’t expect to be in a position to say nothing about it.
